After upgrade, plugin sometimes hangs

Recently updgraded From OSX Snow Leopard, FM Server Advanced 10

to OSX Lion and FM Server Advanced 11

Same databases running under IWP.

When user comes in and registers, it is suppose to send an automatic email confirmation. It is only working about 50% of the time.

If it didn't work at all I would think I put the plugin in wrong... but it works sometimes.

Just downloaded and installed email plugin version 1.962

Installed in:

Library/FileMaker Server/Web Publishing/Publishing-engin/wpc/Plugins/

Started and restarted FM Server

Same problem.

Any ideas?
