Supercontainer Newbie - Best Practice Advice - 10,000 images to start

I always struggle with web based integrations, no matter how well they are laid out. We have purchased SuperContainer and Docubin for some proof of concept trials. Out of the gate, I'd like to try a conservative hosting challenge (for us) of 10,000 images. It would be particularly awesome if there were some best practice advise I could get from the community!

I have a FIleMaker 11 Advanced Server with WPE on a visualized WIndows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise. I have a number of network attached storage options that I assume that I will want to leverage. Depending on how things go, we may need to try and purchase some time from experts on SuperContainer in a large enterprise setting.
