Creating plug-ins with CodeWarrior 7

I've been making plug-ins with CodeWarrior Pro 3 for a while and just "upgraded" to version 7, only to discover that it won't compile the plug-in projects from FileMaker Pro Developer version 4.0. Simply commenting out the 3 lines that the compiler objected to resulted, not too surprisingly, in a plug-in that gets ignored by FileMaker. The lines in question are:

#include <A4Stuff.h>

EnterCodeResource();

and

ExitCodeResource();

Anybody know how to make this work? For now, I've got 2 version of CodeWarrior installed.
