I currently have a fully functional filemaker database. I have an excel spreadsheet with about 6000 records that I want to import.

Do anyone know how to check for duplicate records ? By script or any custom functions to do this ?

Duplicate records within the imported data, or imported data that may already exist in the database?

A lot can be done with field unique validation.
