merlyn383
I seems to have somehow created multiple records for myself in DocuBin. How does one delete user records? See the attached screenshot for an example.
Michael Gaslowitz
Kevin, All you need to do it click on the user you want to delete, and then select "Delete User" from the File menu. If the user you want to delete is the owner of any folders or groups, DocuBin will prompt you to select another user to take their place. Since it looks like you have multiple users with the same name, you may want to rename them with something obvious (like DELETETHIS), so you don't reassign them to a user you plan to delete. For troubleshooting purposes, could you tell me how you created all of those records? Michael
merlyn383
Thanks, Michael. I'm not sure how I created all of the users. The 2 with Admin privileges are authenticated off of Active Directory. Authenticating as "Kevin Ayers" against the directory is a separate user than "kayers", so that explains those 2. But the other 4 were all native FM accounts and I only recall creating one account for testing purposes.
Michael Gaslowitz
For the accounts authenticated by FileMaker, did you use DocuBin's interface to create the users, or did you create them manually?
merlyn383
I created one through DocuBin. The other 3 just showed up.
