I Can't open a database???

I have a FileMaker 4 database with 30 files that run in a network with 50 users( using FileMaker Server3), and when I open a specific file of this database the FileMaker opens others files that are used by it. It works very well in 49 iMacs of this network....I have a problem with one user that his iMac doesn't open automaticly an especific file of this database, the curious is that the problem happens only when this file have to be opened.

It's important to say all the network is being working with tis database without problems.

This iMac uses Os 8.6

Is it an hardware or a software that causes this problem.:?..
