Shaking Mouse within FM5

I have a user on a Mac G4 running OS 9.1. The mouse is "flickering" or "shaking" within the FMPro 5.0 application. The user is accessing databases from FMServer 5.0.

Does anyone have any idea why/how this is happening and what I could do to fix it?
