having not use os x i dont know to much about

we are using os 9 and basically we want to be able to do all the funky ole stuff that you can with windows, store excel tables, bits of word files that sort of stuff

i no that there is no such thing as this in os 9 but what about os x

Hi,

I believe ole is pc only.

You can use plugins like troi file to link documents to records in filemaker, which are then platform independant, but I don't think you will get your ole on a mac.
