I have added a new user to DocuBin and used the external server as authentication. However, it says that Privilege Set is Not Available. I can not set the new user to have any privileges. It has been a while since I added a new user so maybe I have forgotten a step. I added the user into the docubinuser group on the server. Is there something else I need to do?

You did everything correctly. The Privilege Set should get populated (to User) once the user logs into DocuBin.
