Font Used on a Layout

Is there way to get a list of the Fonts that were used on a layout?

I would like not to have to go, field by field, to do this. I have looked at the Get Functions and Design Functions but do not see one for this. I did a DDR on the file and didn't spot this either.

I fear that I'm missing the obvious?
