error message: fmcor10.dll missing or not found

I've created a solution with 87 layouts. I tried to bind it to a runtime solution, but when I or anyone else tries to open the runtime solution we keep getting the message that the needed file, fmcor10.dll is missing. Checked the solution folder and can see NO DLL icon, but when I do a find folders it says the dll is there. Running FileMaker5 on Windows 98. PLEASE HELP!!!!
