Compatibility with Java for OS X 2012-004

Hello, Just checking to see if anybody has had any bad experiences with Supercontainer and updating to the latest version of Java for OS X (2012-004). Previous java updates have caused some nasty problems for us in the past, seems better to err on the side of caution and see if there are any known issues before updating.
