How to show Header on only First page

Dear All,

Please suggest me the right way, that whenever I will save the browsed records into PDF, there should header on only the first page of the PDF file. And footer must be there on the last page. Please suggest me. It is on urgent basis.

Create a Title Header for the first page.

Not sure about the footer only on last page. A Trailing Grand Summary is close-ish.
