FMServer and Windows NT-everything is so slow HELP

Hi,

I've installed my application on a FM server (Windows NT) server .

Now everything is so slow!!! Even more weird, the first time you start the application it's fast, if you shut it down and start over again it takes minutes and minutes to find the other files.

What am I doing wrong??? Links are fine and it works great on my little network. Please help.
