Hi,

I am having an issue with FM 9.0.3, where I'm able to export 5000 odd names and addresses into excel format, grabbing information from numerous fields (in one table I think).

However, when opening the excel file, only one name, address and phone number is displayed, but repeated 5000 times !

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and I've tried exporting into different formats (DIF, csv) but same result.

If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, that would be great! Thanks.

Ok, I think I've fixed the problem! Whilst trying to take a picture of my export window, I discovered how I may have stuffed up.

When I got to the export window, where i can arrange what fields and in what order to export them, I selected the wrong table - thus it didn't work. I changed this, and now I'm good.

Sorry for the inconvenience - I normally try everything before posting. I spent 2 hours on it this morning, and it took me 3 minutes when I got home.
