I have managed to adopt the FileMaker Solution Framework1 for my work and I was trying to change/rename the Forms names that appear in the report window- it did allow me to rename the layout (LineItems.PF5) from Service invoice to Service Order but when i go back to the report browser is still diplaying the Service Invoice. Help!?

Hi,

If in the reports database you go to the service invoice record and click on options, you can change the name here. It is a field called name.

Hi Andy,

Thank you for your mail. Underthe system Reports there are 5 reports and all i want to do is to change the word Invoice to Order. The Name is a field portal which include all the reports and i thought if i changed the name of the layout of the form report in LineItems.FP5 but it didn't work

Okay,

click on the service invoice line. then click on the details tab at the top. Change the name in the big bold letters to service order.

Not sure if you will have to change some of the scripting as well.
