Newbies john venturino Posted July 26, 2000 Newbies Share Posted July 26, 2000 Running FMP 4.0 with v3 update on a client desktop, connecting via TCP/IP to remote server. TCP/IP connection made OK, but FMP crashes in the middle of the access sequence. Get a Dr. Watson error that mentions an access violation. Uninstalling and reinstalling FMP and updates on client works temporarily, but fix doesn't work more than once or twice and never after morning startup. Any thoughts out there? Been suggested problem may lie in corporate version of NT modified for security reasons. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you are using a laser print try HPLJ4. goto http://www.filemaker.com/support/techinfo.html look at article 104759.
