SMTP It - Doesn't work on one computer

I have SMTPIt set up on database hosted on our Filemaker 12 Server.

I put in the email settings and can send an email from my own computer but another user gets an unknown error message ($$result = ?).

Any idea on what I should be looking at that might be the error?
