Two identical relationships - one working one not?

Hi all,

Been doing fairly well with my cars selling database, with many help from forum members. I'm close to a properly working version now but currently hit another stumbling block.

I've created an "all-singing" sheet the point of which is one layout which people can select a car, customer and PDI sheet from to bring up all the relevant information on one sheet. These all link to a master "transaction" with a transaction ID.

When you select the customer ID on the front page, the customer page correctly updates with all of the information, but when I select the car the information doesn't come up at all, it's blank?

I've attached a screencap here of the front page and the relationship table in the hope that could highlight a problem?
