Good day

I remember finding someones worksheet that they used to help quote for new projects.

It had things like layouts needed, and reports etc. It was a worksheet that a dev could use to generate a spec sheet for client proposals. It was made by a fellow developer of course.

Does anyone know of this sheet or any other spec-ing resource tools I could use for generating quotes and proposals?
