Pictures Won't display in preview mode

I'm using 360 Works Supercontainer.

On a PC the pictures will not display in preview mode. Unable to print Id badges. Works great on a Mac. Any answers?

Hey Ron,

How are you displaying the images? In a Web Viewer? Container Field? What Windows OS do you have SuperContainer server deployed on? Are you running the latest version of both SC server and the Companion plug-in?

The program is being accessed over FileMaker Server 11.

The problem is when using PCs.

Windows 7 is the OS . 12.9.0 is the version SC server. I'm using a web viewer to display pics. They show in browse mode and not in preview mode. Will not print on ID Badges or Paper.

Works fine in the Mac environment.
