Outlook 2010 Causes FM Display Problems

Admins, please move this if needed. Sorry I could not see a better option. But I was also in a hurry! Cheers and thank you in advance.

I have a simple dual monitor setup as I use several programs at a time. When Outlook 2010 and FM are open at the same time, if I click to change to a different mailbox (sent,inbox unread etc...) the FM window on the other monitor flickers until the Outlook program has finished painting the new window!

I am at a loss mates! Cheers!
