File Names in DocuBin

Featured Replies

Is there a limit to the number of characters a file name can be? I tried to insert the following files and none of them showed up in the directory. However, DocuBin did say it was uploading them. They just didn't appear.

Following are 3 files I uploaded but I don't see them :

Supplier_Agreement_Tricor_IVWTRICORSA001_Marked_Up_2012-10-11.doc

Supplier_Agreement_Tricor_IVWTRICORSA001_Final_without_Signature_2012-10-11.pdf

Supplier_Agreement_Tricor_IVWTRICORSA001_Clean_2012-10-11.doc

Why would this happen?

I used WEBDAV and connected to my DocuBin directory. I highlighted the files and dragged them into my DocuBin directory and it looked like it worked. However, when I logged into DocuBin, they didn't show up in my directory.

I hope I explained the problem where someone could help.

Thanks,

Susie

DocuBin does not have a character length limit for file or folder names. This sounds more like an issue that should be resolved in DocuBin v1.0055. The latest version of DocuBin can be download here.
