How to create portal Subsummaries for found sets

I have got stuck with my database and need some advice.

My database is for a charity which does school presentations. School bookings are taken for a given date, particular school and a selection of presenters do the talk.

I have set up a demo with the many-to-many relationships and portals in the booking layout. Subsummary Demo file.fp7.zip

I need to generate end of term reports with summaries of team activity. Therefore the layout includes summary data from the bookings table, schools table and presenters table, and I have put fields on a subsumary part by term. I have given the specific info needed in the demo. e.g if schools or presenters do more than one booking, I only want to list them once.

Can I get summary fields in portals for this? When I try this, it gives portal info for one booking and not for all bookings in the given term.

Would really appreciate any advice.
