Error 8432 page marked free but not in free list

FMP12a on Win7

I have a list of scripts that all run fine but one. They are called from another script that uses If/Else.

This one script is getting the error when called from the mother script. The one script works fine when called directly from the script menu.

I've tried everything I know. Deleting and rewriting, renaming, changing the list order, nothing works.

Could there be a limit on how many else/ifs I can have? Reducing their number didn't work.

Restoring the solution from backups and writing the one script anew didn't work.

All I have is "error 8432 page 260 marked free but not in free list"

The runtime message is "script cannot be found".
