Anyone see this behavior and how to fix?

Latest version of Supercontainer is running on Filemaker Advanced 10 server.

Client is Filemaker Pro 11.

This behavior happens on a PC running Filemaker Pro 11.

On my Mac it looks just fine like the photo attached.

What could be causing this?

Hey Jeff,

Take a look at our SuperContainer Product Support wiki page which discusses the black web viewers under the known issues section. More often than not this issue is one caused by an outdated version of Java and uninstalling and reinstalling Java usually remedies the problem.

Also, if you want to avoid using Java applets, you could try appending the "noapplet" style to your web viewers. This should workaround the black box issue (assuming installing a newer/working version of Java is not possible).
