Admin Privilege Set in DocuBin

If my User Name has Admin Privileges, shouldn't that allow me to set privileges for users in any folder in DocuBin? I have another user (my boss) which also has Admin privileges and any folder he creates I can't add users to or change privileges on those folders. He thought since we both had Admin privileges that we could both make changes. Shouldn't we both be able to make changes on any folder in DocuBin?

Only the Owner of a folder can manage the permissions of that folder.

Admin privileges in DocuBin gives you:

• access to create top level folders
  
• manage users
  
• register the product
  
• set SuperContainer Base URL
