Error when Connected to SMTP Server

Hi... At times I am getting an error appearing which doesn't seem to really be an error.

The error message returned is: Connected to SMTP server mail.mydomain.com.au   This does not happen all of the time.

When looking at the script it appears to set the _result as an error. Why would it be doing this?
