Issue with Chart for Income/Expenses

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to create a chart for the incomes and expenses of a certain customer however the main problem is the 'date' field to use.

 

The database is the following:

 

1 table for customers

1 table for incomes

1 table for expenses

 

The 'customers' table is related to the other 2.

 

I need to create a date field that can be used for both income and expenses in order to generate the chart.

In other words it has to answer to : "Show me all the incomes and expenditures of a certain year...now!" :)

 

At the moment if I use a calculated date field from the 'incomes' table the line of the expenses appears horizontally straight.
