exporting records & linking back past month/year

I am looking for a script that will export records from a quote dbase into 3 quarterly dbases. Basically I need it to export data into (last 90 days), (last 180 days), And so on. It will need to activate on a specific date & time every month. I am also trying to figure out how to launch a script from a value list. If the user chooses (last 90 days) from the value list, the last 90 days dbase will open. I have been toying with the idea & any insight would be a big help.
