Position Title: FileMaker Developer

Description of Duties:

Kantala Ltd are a small bespoke development company based in the Midlands UK, and an FBA member. 

 

We provide bespoke solutions in many different industries including Aviation, Design, Insurance and Manufacturing, with clients across the UK and US.

 

We are experiencing significant demand for our services and are therefore seeking an additional developer to join our team.

 

You will be closely involved in development projects from start to finish, as well as providing support to existing clients.

 

You will be 'client facing' and should be prepared to hit the ground running from day one.

 
Location: Leicestershire, UK

Deadline: Flexible, but the sooner the better.

Position: Also flexible.  We will consider applications for full-time, part-time and sub contract work.  We are looking for the right person and are prepared to negotiate on the details.  

Employment: We will consider on-site and / or remote working.  However, you must be based in the UK and able to spend at least one day per week in our office. 

Skills Required:

You will have at least two years FileMaker development experience in a commercial environment (in house or development company).  You will have a good understanding of relational design, scripting and calculations, and be a FileMaker enthusiast.

 

Knowledge of PHP and / or SQL would be beneficial.

 

FileMaker Certification would also be beneficial but is not essential, we will actively encourage you to pursue this with us. 

 

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.  Please supply your salary expectations with your application.
