May 15, 201312 yr We use FileMaker 11 and the latest versions of SuperContainer, and 360Works Email plugin. On and before Fri, April 19, when we sent attachments, the recipient received an email with attachments with the filenames of the files we sent. On and after Mon April 22, everything looks normal in the database, but the recipient receives files named the primary key of the attachment record. For instance, instead of two attachments, one called PhotosOfFlowers and BillForFlowers, the recipient might receive two attachments, one called 23423 and one called 23424. In a script to send emails, we call the External Functions "EmailAttachFile" and "EmailSend". We don't think anything in our scripts or system changed during this time. When we grab a back up from January, February or March and send an email, we get the bad attachment names. Did something change in the SuperContainer or Email plugin that would have caused this? How can we fix it?
July 23, 201312 yr Author Thank you for 360Works help on this -- SuperContainer on the server had not been properly updated. Once it was updated, attachment names went back to normal.
