Hi, i am new to filemaker, and forced to use it.

My question is, is it possible to execute SQL statements in FMpro 5.5, and more particularly PSQL as well, to execute scheduled task, such as inventory updates etc..

FM has ODBC capability, hence you can import and export data with SQL. I don't know about PSQL.

An ODBC topic area exist on this forum. You may gain some more insite from there. A search on 'SQL' will be useful.
