We have a remote user on a PC, using Filemaker 12, updated with SuperContainer Plugin 2.89, server is updated to 2.89, and both her machine and the server have the latest version of Java.

When the user attempts to upload a file to SuperContainer, it seems to upload and process, and then she can't see it -- it goes back to having the buttons "Browse" and "Upload".  Other users can see it immediately after she uploads it but she can't.  When she restarts FileMaker, she can see the file.

What do you think is happening?  How can we fix this?

We've experienced this problem as well. The issue is actually within Internet Explorer. Each SuperContainer box is actually an internet explorer window. Internet explorer cache's (or saves) the original copy of the supercontainer box to the users computer. The next time the user goes to look at that page, Internet explorer thinks its saving the user time by opening up the saved version of the page (before the file was uploaded).

To fix this, you need to force internet explorer to check for new versions of the page every time.

To do this, open up internet explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options

(alternatively you can open up internet options through the control panel)

Click "Settings" under Browsing History

Change the setting to "Every time I visit the webpage"
