image storage eternal path - incorrect old file name

2. I renamed the file and loaded on to the new server.

3. I created a new table with an image field and set the storage to external

 

The database name in the path is the original file name, can this be fixed?

 

Server/Data/Databases/RC_Data_FMS/[Database Name]/[Table]/[Field]
