multiple fields related to one field

hi there, i have 1 field that is called "agent number final" and i have multiple agent number fields (on per program we sell for) what i want to do is from another program put in an agent number and it will pull the record that has that number.

just to be clear. i have a record of a sales person named "jack". he has 3 different agent numbers in 3 different fields say

cars - 2212

house - 34344

insurance - 99098

so from another program i want to put in 2212 i should get "jack" from a relationship between the 2 files.

Any help would be good

In your agent database create a calculation field as such:
