I have figured out that I can avoid the email script and use the URL script to bypass the concern of which email package the client is using. Everyhting was perfect until I tried to add a line break in the body. The string works from a browser but not filemaker.

I am using "%OA" for my line break.

Isn't that a space "...Job:<space>ACME..." That'll screw it up!

try this first string in filemaker

mailto:[email protected]?&subject=Courier tracking&body=Job: ACME2002%0A

And then the same string with out the last 3 charaters

mailto:[email protected]?&subject=Courier tracking&body=Job: ACME2002

The first works fine in the browser but not FMP

The second works in both
