Cannot install MirrorSync - ProscTomcatDaemon error

When attempting to install MirrorSync, I get an error "Installation failed: The ProscTomcatDaemon could not be loaded with launchctl."  When googling, I only saw one other instance of a ProscTomcatDaemon error, and it was related to a bad spanish version of Java (according to the post).  I am running 10.9 with Java 7u45.  Any ideas?

Contacted support, who provided and alternate copy of the plugin that works with whatever differing configuration my machine has.  Installed successfully.  Thanks!
