My IPad is running ios 5.1.1, the highest version it can run.  FMGo 13 will not run on this version of ios.  Bummer, a lotof IPads are being made obsolete.

Yes.  It requires iOS 6 or iOS 7.  I believe FileMaker GO 12 does as well.
