Hi all,

I have recently set-up a layout where I have a portal that filters out only portal rows that have a purchase order number or a purchase order number recieved value. This causes me to have a relationship to filter out this data. This is fine and it works great.

Now I would like to fix those portals. I have successfully done that as well. But by doing that you need another relationship.

My question is can you set-up a portal to have 2 relationships? I would like to have fixed and filtered portals. If anybody has any ideas please help! I'm open to changing my design as well.

Thank you to everyone.

Hi Ryan,

Unfortunately, a portal is based on a aprticular relationship and you can't assign two different relationships to a single portal. There are some techniques that use a calculated (or concatenated) key to interactively change that relationship based on user preferences or even a value selected in a particular field.

Can you describe a little bit more about what you want to achieve and perhaps I can help you out...
