Place the VO Script field on the layout and give it what you think would be the maximum amount of space that it would need. Then while the field is selected, go to the Format->Sliding/Printing. Click on the check box for Sliding up based on All above and click the check box for Also reduce the size of the enclosing part. Now when you preview or print the layout, the part will reduce in size so that it only leaves room for the data actually in the record.

Hi there,

I wanted to set up a layout where I simply have two columns. One column on the left for a "screen ID" text field and the right column for a "VO script." I would want the "screen ID" to match/align with the "VO script."

What I was really wondering about: how to setup the layout so that the height and width of the "VO script" is dynamically allocated so I don't waste paper, or something. =)
