layout access

Featured Replies

I'm just starting to delve into this access thing and I have a question: is it possible to have a file where only one layout is accessible for modifying? I'd like the user to be able to move fields around on only this particular layout.

Many thanks!

Quick answer is 'No'. But you can set up a group with a password that allows access only to te layout you want them ot be able to edit. Unfortuantely they would not be able to access the other layouts. You would need to set up another group with different password that would allow access to all layouts without ability to edit layouts.
