Replying to an HTML message

Using the Email plugin (we're using Version 1.972), what is the best way to reply to an HTML message with the original content displayed at the bottom of the new message?

 

Currently, the way we have it set up, when we reply to an HTML message, the original message is truncated/lost/not included in the reply.
