Can anyone tell me how to draw while in Browse mode? Can it be done? Are there any plug-ins?

I only want to do simple line drawings.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The layout mode is where you can access and use simple draw tools. Is there a reason why this is not sufficient for your soulution?

We use one fixed F/M layout that has a number of variables associated with it that are addressd through drop down menus. However each time we create a new record we must be able to do a drawing that pertains to that particular record and not to the whole layout (data base). There are infinite variables associated with the drawing, so it can't be addressed by a drop down menu.

The drawings are made up of straight lines (rules) and we would like to be able to type or draw numbers onto it. These numbers represent the dimensions of the drawing.
