I Have created a button to go to the previous record, this works just fine, but I was wondering if the was a way to click and hold down the button to make it keep going to the next previous record.

Nope. FileMaker doesn't allow that.

On a PC, the wheel mouse's wheel scrolls through records. This might be an alternative solution.
