I'm usually looking for help, but I thought I'd pass on a tip I actually worked out myself !

When designing a layout with a column of field boxes, it is quite tricky to line up the text labels with the fields. Using the arrange facility and 'distribute space' doesn't work too well.

Try this. Create your field boxes and line them up (technique only works when field boxes are equal height and equally spaced).

Then put all your labels in one text box, with a carriage return between each. Simply then change the line spacing from format until the labels and field boxes line up. Quite quick and neat.

Unfortunatley only works with screen layouts. Printed output doesn't line up properly this way.

This techniquehas saved me a load of time.
