I need to develop a solution that will be in a PC only office.

This is a "work it out yourself" question.

Make a layout with only Body part. Draw a rectangle on a layout, starting at top-left corner of layout. Resize body to fit it tightly. View it in browse mode.

If the horizontal scroll bar appears, the rectangle is too wide. If the bertical scroll bar appears the rectangle is too high.

Change the rectange and repeat until the rectangle fits with no scroll bars.

Don't forget to check the size with the FMP's toolbar, text ruler and Window's task bar moved around, resized and if necessary the Microsoft Office manager on thr desktop.

Check it on several user's computers too with different versions of Windows.
