I need to average flows every seven days for each month and haven't got a clue as to how to create this formula. Can anyone help?

What do you mean by flows? I live in the UK, is it American?

Two things I can think of are using the built in average function, or adding up all your flows and dividing by the number of records. But I can't help till I know more.
