I need a push in the right direction.

 

I have a value list from a related table.  All is well; however, most of the value lists contain numerous choices, but some of the value lists contain only one choice.

 

Is there a way to automatically populate the field when there is but one choice in the value list?

Use an auto-enter calculation that counts the values in the value list.
