Hi,

 

I have found out that when you click on the to do list, every to do appears regarding of who ever is logged on ..

How can i put a drop down list for users like in the calendar ???

You are going to need to references a restricted list of users...that you are managing elsewhere.   Basically... you have to learning more about value lists...and how they can be manipulated.  There are a lot of options for how to do this.
